Error Code Messages

We use a series of error codes to identify problems when you make a call or someone tries to call you. Below is the list of error codes we playback on a call.
100 Server Error Group
101 All circuits busy, try again later
200 International Error Group
201 International Calling Is Blocked On This Line
300 Incoming Call Error Group
301 Number not in service
302 Channel Unavailable
(examples: Device Not Registered, Status UNREACHABLE)
400 Outgoing Error Group
401 900 Numbers Not Allowed
402 976 Numbers Not Allowed
403 Phone Number Too Short (6 or Less Digits Received)
(This is often caused by pausing too long while dialing, which is
interpreted as "done dialing", and your device sends the digits already dialed)
404 Phone Number Too Short(8 to 10 Digits Received)
(This is often caused by pausing too long while dialing, which is
interpreted as "done dialing", and your device sends the digits already dialed)
405 10 Digit Dialing not valid, please dial a full 11 or 7 digit
phone number. (We do not support 10 digit dialing, as the North American Dialing
Plan calls for 11 digits to be the standard in the next few years.)
1000 Uncategorized Error Group
