How do I set up Do No Disturb?

Log into your Online Account Management Control Panel and click the 'Do Not Disturb' icon.

Choose the time frame that you do not want to receive phone calls.

Then choose what you'd like to do with the incoming calls :

You can choose "Do Not Disturb" which plays a message to the callers that you are not taking phone calls during that time.

You can choose "Voicemail" to forward the calls to your voicemail box.

You can choose "Busy" to play a busy signal to the callers during that time.

Or you can choose to "Forward" all calls to an 11 digit number. You must type the 11 digit number into the number field if you choose this option.

Once you have chosen the time - Click Update. The page will refresh with a new entry into your Do Not Disturb schedule.
