How do I change my plan?

You can change your plan at any time. Changing your plan is as easy as 1, 2, 3. First, vist our main web page. Second, log into your account, click on the 'Send Ticket' button and make a request to have your plan changed. Be sure to include account verification in your request. Account verification can be either the first 2 and last 4 digits of the credit card on file or your Billing password. Once we receive the ticket we will go ahead and change your plan, and the change will take place immediately.
