Upon the processing of your signup, you will need to login to your Control Panel and manually update the address information. To update your E-911 address, please perform the following steps:

* Login to your Control Panel
* Under 'Privacy & Security Settings' select 'enhanced 911'
* Select desired phone number and click 'View'
* Input full name and address and select 'Update'

If the update does not process correctly, please submit a support ticket.
