The adapter is a phone adapter that converts your voice into small data packets that are then sent through your high speed Internet connection. This adapter is required to use our broadband phone system. The models we currently use are the Sipura 2-port Phone Adapter Model Number: SPA-2002 as well as the LinkSys 2-port Phone Adapter Model Number: PAP2-NA.
